The son and successor of the great Ruben Simonov, the chief director of the theater named after Evgeny Vakhtangov during his heyday, Evgeny Simonov (1925-1994) was not only the director of many performances, but also the author of the plays, the writer of theatrical cabbage and the invariable participant in artistic evenings, A poet, gold and intelligent in the highest meaning of this concept.
