Residual muscle stress is a phenomenon well known not only to violinists. Among the musicians of different specialties, he is easier: "Squeezed hands". The cause of the foci of residual muscle tension is non-compliance with the hygienic mode of operation of the muscles of the musician-performer. The correct balance of the "work-outfits" provides muscles health and long-term performance.
In the book "Healthy Hands of the violinist", a system of exercises is presented, which makes it possible for those violinists who experience the negative effect of the residual muscle tension to reconfigure their play sensations and save their gaming apparatus from unnecessary overload. It is better to spend released energy on a solution to more worthy tasks: interpretation, comprehension and artistic performance of the musical works of great composers.
This book is not a scientific research, but a statement of empirical experience of a practitioner -practitioner with more than forty years of experience familiar with the problem firsthand
