General physics. Outings and waves (head of the course) Tutorial

This course of lectures on general physics is the result of many years of teaching an assistant professor, candidate of physical and mathematical sciences E. N. Aksenova when working with MEFI students. It was created at the request and with the technical support of the students themselves. A distinctive feature of this course is its interactive character, which is that the material of each topic in the process of its presentation contains clearly formulated qualitative issues. They help to understand the physical nuances of the material being studied and develop a personal judgment on this issue, and then compare it with the following correct answer. In addition, the course aims to teach the reader to use the stated material in relation to solving problems, having built the bridge between “I recognized, understood” and “I can use, solve”. Therefore, each section contains a paragraph dedicated to the methodology of solving problems with the consistent presentation of the program of practical actions.
