Studying the course of general physics creates a basis for developing the ability to navigate in the abundant stream of scientific and technical information, timely recognize promising scientific areas, evaluate the possibility of their practical use and calculate the consequences of certain technological innovations. A collection of tasks for independent work and control classes with decisions examples has been proposed. The manual in detail some tasks that are characteristic of a theoretical section are analyzed, and the tasks for independent work are given. One of the objectives of the course is to educate a culture of systemic thinking, logical thinking skills, habit of pondering the results, build the right working hypotheses and clearly formulate the task.
A textbook is intended for students of natural science and engineering and technical areas and specialties.
