The NMS was allowed for the physics of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation as a training manual for university students studying in technical areas of training and specialties
The training manual uses an effective pedagogical technique - before the presentation of the section of the physics course, either a real story that happened to famous physicists, a joke or an anecdot related to the studied section of physics are given. This technique allows students to form an additional incentive motive both for the best perception of the section of physics set forth by the teacher and for further independent work.
The basic theoretical information is given for an independent study of the method of analysis of dimensions.
