A brief theory, tasks with solutions and tests in electricity, magnetism and electromagnetic vibrations are given. The manual corresponds to the program of the physics course for technical universities. At the beginning of each chapter, theoretical foundations, basic definitions and formulas are presented. There are many tasks of varying degrees of complexity with solutions and problems for independent solutions. Methods of solving tests are set out and tests are given to check the assimilation of theoretical material.
