The most recent achievements in the field of n andaeen physics, technologies for obtaining and applying low -size structures are presented. The theoretical and experimental foundations of the physics of semiconductor nanostructures, super -speeds, low -sized allotropic modifications of carbon: graphene, full -rod, nanotubes are presented. Particular attention is paid to the topological effects in crystals, phenomena associated with surface and regional conditions in topological insulators and Weilov metals, quantum non -linearity, quantum and thermal fluctuations in superconducting systems of mesoscopic dimensions. The integer and fractional quantum effects of the Hall, Spintronika, Magnonika, Spin Caloritronics are considered. New conceptual approaches and experimental methods are proposed, as well as original explanations based on research performed by the author.
