The author’s course of finger gymnastics, developed by a children"s speech therapist, includes a staging of funny poems with the help of fingers. The exercises are aimed at developing fine motor skills of hands, which is responsible for the child’s speech, a sense of rhythm, coordination, memory, emotional sphere and spatial thinking. And actions performed by two hands at the same time contribute to the formation of interhemispheric relationships, which in turn affects the harmonious development of the child’s psyche.
