Экспрессионизм в России

In domestic art, expressionism has developed since the mid-1900s, having passed a number of phases. Expressionism in the 1900-1910s-the art of young people who are sensitive to dysfunction in society, rebelled against the values ​​of the bourgeois lifestyle of the "fathers" of the positive philosophy of culture. The expressionists of Russia opposed the art of salon academicism and normative painting of the Wanderers, the good optimism of the Union of Russian Artists, the passism of the "World of Art" and "Blue Rose". Russian expressionists did not have their associations and did not suit individual exhibitions. Their works were part of different expositions and organizations marked with names, which largely “obscured” the essence of the stylistic searches of their participants, in many cases related precisely with expressionism. Therefore, probably, expressionism in Russia has not yet been considered as a separate, inhuman phenomenon of art, although it has so enriched the language of painting, engravings, poster and other types of creativity, which is now difficult to imagine how Russian art could develop without its influence
