In the monograph, an analysis of existing practices for the formation of the content of professional educational programs was carried out. The place, structure, content and level of significance of educational programs in the quality management system of the educational process are determined. A technology for creating an educational program has been developed that meets all the requirements of professional and educational standards. For this, the program model, classification of errors of its content and a mathematical model of the appearance of each class of errors, a set of indicators, their significance, criteria and scale for assessing an integral indicator, methodology, structure and algorithms for the functioning of a monitoring system for managing the quality of educational programs.
By the value of the monitoring result, the recommended control effect is determined, consisting of a description of the obtained characteristics and a set of recommendations to correct the identified deficiencies and errors.
The work describes technologies that have practical application in professional educational organizations for the methodological support of the educational process, allowing to show an accurate result of the assessment and managing effects for less time compared to existing results.
