The ECERS scale was developed as an addition to ECERS-R scale for a comprehensive assessment of the quality of the activities of preschool educational organizations implementing programs for children from 3 to 5 years.
It focuses on certain aspects of the educational program (literacy, mathematics, natural sciences and environment, diversity) and does not take into account others (creativity, personal development, social education, information technology).
Eceers-E scale provides a more detailed assessment of educational programs and pedagogical methods in working with young children.
The scales can be used by the heads of preschool organizations to evaluate the effectiveness of their activities and improve the quality of work, educators - for self -esteem, employees of regulatory authorities - for monitoring.
To increase the accuracy of evaluating each of the qualitative indicators, explanations and examples are added to the book. In addition to complete instructions for use and evaluation, an estimated sheet and quality profile that can be reupered are also attached to the scales
