Personal exhibition of works by Dmitry Kaminir is not the first in the walls of the Russian Museum. In the early 1990s, Tatyana Borisovna Manturova, the head of the sculpture department, was conceived and an interesting exhibition project called "Anniversary". Each year, the museum celebrated the anniversary of certain artists with a small exhibition, thus emphasizing their significance and significance not only for the museum, but also for the development of modern art as a whole. The real exhibition is also an anniversary. The exposition of this exhibition, despite the "anniversary" message, was built not on the chronological sequence and not on the desire to show as much work as possible, but on the principle of "selection of materials", reflecting the work of the sculptor in different techniques: in bronze, wood, gypsum, paper and stone. Each material, in turn, reveals the variety of creative searches and especially the author’s style
