The monograph is devoted to the study, development and development of methods of analysis of physical systems based on theories of R and atomic functions, WA-systems of functions, constructing algorithms for processing and modeling remote sensing processes and radiostronomy in order to improve physical characteristics of transmission, restoration and recognition of multidimensional signals. New weight functions (windows) and filters with the final impulse characteristic based on them, as well as orthogonal and analytical venules, are considered. A generalized recording theorem based on atomic functions and its particular cases has been investigated. The algorithm for the synthesis of multidimensional functions with the arbitrary geometry of the support region has been developed. The generalization of the function of uncertainty in time and frequency in relation to the analysis of complex sounding signals is proposed and justified. The book is intended for scientists, graduate students and students working in the field of digital signal processing in relation to modern tasks of radiophysics and radio engineering
