Dictionary of the pseudonyms of Russian abroad in Europe (1917-1945)

This Dictionary includes the pseudonyms of Russian foreign figures in Europe - writers, journalists, artists, political, public, church figures. Mostly the pseudonyms of the period of the first wave of Russian emigration, including the years of World War II, were taken into account. The book revealed about 9800 pseudonyms, in vocabulary, in particular, information about print publications in which these pseudonyms are used are given. The annotated indicator of the bearers of pseudonyms discovered in this edition included about 3,600 names. The application provides a list of unsolved pseudonyms extracted from the periodicals of Russian abroad (about 8500 entries) The introductory article describes the history of the issue, outlines the temporary and thematic framework of the publication, described the printed and archival sources of the dictionary, and the structure of the publication is described in detail
