Cultural transformations of the twentieth century: crisis of culture in the assessment of Western European and domestic

The monograph is devoted to the cultural transformations of the 20th century and their consequences in the life of man and society. The problems of the crisis of culture occupies a significant place in the philosophy and social thought of the XX century. The book discusses the origins and features of the sociocultural crisis of the border of the KhK-XX centuries, approaches to assessing the causes and nature of this significant phenomenon. The author made an attempt to present a crisis of culture in all aspects of its manifestation, the fullness of its sociocultural significance. Western and domestic traditions are identified and analyzed in the study and assessment of cultural transformations, and the programs for overcoming the sociocultural crisis are considered, which in different years were proposed by Western and Russian thinkers.
