The XX century is a rapidly and radically changing picture of the world, when classical representations gave way to non -classical and post -non -classical. It so happened that it was physics (atomic) and art (primarily the painting of the avant -garde) that they often found themselves at the peak of innovative achievements, boldly interrupting with tradition.
