In the book, Tutor pedagogy is considered as a point of growth of modern culture and the accompaniment of a becoming personality. Other points of growth of culture are the work of personality and society, as well as politics. The situation that has made the formation of tutorial pedagogy is analyzed: pedagogy puts more and more on a person, but the multiplicity of personality types creates problems, teachers and scientists are increasingly coming to the conclusion that the traditional understanding of the student as a “average individual”, as a educational "class" does not work, That the children are very different (both in terms of socialization and their own "evolution of development"), which is why it is necessary to take into account not only the individual differences in the individual, but also the individual "development paths" of different types of personality. The options for interpreting the position of the tutor at school are compared, and the author accepts and discusses an option close to postmodernist, which he calls the “humanitarian-methodological”, when the tutor consciously considers his path and work, and also uses various knowledge and practices (about a person, Its formation and development, anthropological practices and techniques, etc) In accordance with this understanding, the space and general conditions of individualization, as well as culturally significant trajectories of individualization, are analyzed. In the second part of the book, applications are offered to the reader that can help the tutor in his activity and work
