Confident choice of profession

On the way to the profession, many applicants are faced with various difficulties. The participants of our team are no exception, so in September 2018 we joined forces and on a scientific basis created a project that allows people choosing a profession to get timely support.
We are united by common interest - to use the knowledge and experience acquired over the years of their professional activities to assist people when choosing a profession.
Professional orientation is often called career guidance. The large explanatory dictionary of the Russian language offers us such a definition of career guidance: “Familiarization with the group of professions in order to help in choosing a specialty. Teaching the basics of any profession in order to obtain more complete ideas about this specialty. ” Currently, it may not be enough to use standard diagnostic methods, since the modern employer requires employees not only certain knowledge, skills, but also personal maturity
