Breathing exercises. Set of cards for children 4-7 years old

The breathing gymnastics kit is 12 training pictures consisting of 26 cards, 6 graphic schemes, 10 exercises, and is a thematic continuation of the set "Articulating Gymnastics", released by the publishing Center "TC Sphere". In a playful way, the child will learn to regulate the respiratory process, determine its depth and frequency, strengthen the muscles of the respiratory system, restore the body after physical activity and emotional excitement. Each of the exercises presented is aimed at the formation and development of certain skills necessary for the full development of the respiratory system.
