The heritage of outstanding masters of the Silver Age belongs to the unique part of the museum fund. It does not lose its relevance and remains modern today. The publication of materials stored in the reserves of the Museum of MGHPA for a long time. S.G. Stroganova, perhaps, will fill some gaps in the studies of the domestic art of the line of the XIX-XX centuries and will become a valuable source not only for specialists in the field of Russian art of the Art Nouveau, but also for connoisseurs and all those interested in Russian culture. But first of all, this publication will be useful to students, future artists and art critics. We hope that today, like more than a hundred years ago, at the Stroganovsky School, the work of masters such as M.A. Vrubel, with his search for "purely and stylishly beautiful in art", with his cult of beauty and "deep nature", like his "fantastic dreams in ceramics", will not leave them indifferent and inspire their own work
