A series of works of the Christian world is periodically published by the Department of History and Theory of Christian Art of the Faculty of Church Arts of the PSTU collections of scientific articles in which the works of both domestic researchers and Western scientists are represented. The series is intended for the publication of research and materials on various issues of Christian art, from the early Christian period to the present day. The identification of genuine spiritual values ​​in artistic work, a critical comparison of different points of view and approaches to Christian art, theological comprehension of art - all this is necessary for the development of modern Christian culture and is reflected in the published series of works. One of the main tasks of the collection is to show the history of Christian art as part of the history of the Church, its spiritual experience, overcoming a secularized attitude to the artistic heritage of the Church
