Arithmetic for first grade. 1955 year

The textbook, which was compiled by Alexander Pchelko and Grigory Pole, was approved by the Ministry of Education of the RSFSR and published in 1957. This publication was restored with the original while preserving all examples, tasks and illustrations.
In the Soviet years, great attention was paid to qualitative fundamental education. Textbooks for schoolchildren were compiled in such a way that children receive comprehensive knowledge in all subjects, according to their age. This textbook contains simple exercises, with which second -graders can learn elementary arithmetic rules for addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. The conditions of tasks are described in an understandable language, they are interesting, informative and represent small scenes from the life of Soviet people in those years. The publication is not overloaded with illustrations, each drawing performs an auxiliary function and helps that the child remembers the material passed easier.
A textbook can be an excellent help for primary school teachers, as well as for parents involved with children on their own
