Grigory Mikhailovich Shtender (1927–1992) - a famous Novgorod restorer, theorist and practices of restoration science, the author of many projects for the restoration of monuments of medieval Novgorod architecture.
Its Peru owns dozens of scientific articles, many of which were published in highly specialized low -tech publications and are practically inaccessible to the modern reader.
These works have not lost their relevance, and some of them, in particular, are the articles on the problems of restoration, now gain special value and significance.
