In this training manual, an attempt was for the first time to offer material for practical and control classes in special academic discipline MDK 01.01.01. "Design of architectural structures". These materials include tasks on the topics of "foundations and foundations", determining the geometric size of residential buildings and building plans, calculating the optimal plan of a residential building. In addition to the tasks for calculating, various tests are offered to test the knowledge of special terms and definitions and the depth of theoretical knowledge, at the end a test is given throughout the course. Taking into account the large volume and diversity of the special material of this course, and the lack of time for its auditorial study, the authors made this guide taking into account these features and provided it with reference materials set out in detail in the application. Given the recently adopted government decree No. 1628 of 09.27.2021 "On the energy efficiency of structures of residential buildings and energy conservation", students are invited to choose a rational layout of the residential building with the indication in the task of the number and types of apartments on the floor. On the basis of the selected solution, you can solve a wide variety of creative problems: select plastic solutions of facades, change the number of storeys, type and structure of roofs (inversion, attic, napal, operated, etc), use instead of jumpers of the arch, change the height of the floor, and in In the future, use this with a course and diploma design.
