Archaeological news. Issue 15

The issue includes articles on the latest research in the field of archeology, history and culture. For the first time, the materials of the excavations of the Paleolithic Aerbievsky location (the Black Sea coast of the Caucasus), the burial complexes of the Epoch Sunnu: goal of Mod 2 (Mongolia) and Tsars (Transbaikalia), the Nizhny Novgorod Kremlin of the X.-XV centuries are introduced into scientific circulation. Along with the publication of the results of comprehensive studies, an analysis of certain categories of archaeological material, in particular swords of Scythian time, vitative lead objects from Olbia, ancient Russian stone icons, is given. The special section constitutes work on the urgent problems of the archeology of the Bronze Age, they analyze the social structure of ancient societies and aspects of cultural generation. The collection presents information about the most important international conferences, a review of the latest domestic and foreign publications on archeology is given. Among the authors of the issue are scientists from Russia, Ukraine, Mongolia, China, the USA, France.
