The publication is based on commented translations of ancient Irish narratives dedicated to the topic of swimming in another world and visiting the wonderful islands (the so -called Immrama) The autochthonous in its origin, the topic is also projected onto arrangements and interpretations in medieval Ireland of ancient plots (traditions about Ulysses and Minotaur), the translations of which are also presented in the publication. The monograph, in addition, gives translations of classical works about the islands of another world, as well as a number of modern domestic interpretations of this topic.
