The manual sets out elements of the theory of errors, graphic and mathematical principles for analyzing measurement results in a physical experiment, methods for approximation of experimental dependencies, and assessing the adequacy of such an analysis. The capabilities of the Origin computer program for graphic presentation and approximation of measurement results were demonstrated. Reference tables of functions, critical coefficients and criteria necessary for the correct statistical processing of measurement results are presented.
Designed for students of higher educational institutions students in the areas of training Technical Physics, Electronics and Nanoelectronics. The manual can be used by students specializing in various fields of experimental physics, as well as graduate students, engineers and scientists
