Alexey Kozyr was born in Moscow in 1967. From 1991 to 1992 he studied at the architectural school of the architectural association in London. In 1993 he graduated from the Moscow Architectural Institute. In 1994, together with Ivan Similev and Natalia Lobanova, he founded the Architectural Bureau of Arch-4. In 2006, he founded his own architectural workshop of Alexei Kozyr. In 2008, he opened the Gallery Workshop V at the workshop. Member of the Union of Architects of Russia since 1995.
