The publication is the first full catalog of the work of a corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Artist-Batalist Alexander Yuryevich Averyanov. The catalog includes descriptions of 239 picturesque and graphic works of the master: large -scale battles, genre historical sketches, illustrations, portraits and landscapes. Of these, 76 are presented in the album part of the publication. Images are accompanied by abstracts that reveal their content. Many artist’s works are published for the first time.
