A little more than 150 years have passed since one of the most popular works of the great German romantic composer Robert Schumann - "Album for Youth". This music in our time is concerned about the creative imagination of young musicians. It is unlikely that there is a famous pianist who, in his youth, would not meet this work. "Album for Youth" is known in many editions. The current publication is unique in its kind. This is the most complete of the publications that have ever been undertaken in our country. For the first time in Russia, eleven plays are published, which were created by the composer for the "Album", but for various reasons did not enter it during the author’s life.
