The first edition of the book "Child and an adult in the educational dialogue" in 1989 was a loud event that influenced both theoretical pedagogy and the entire domestic pedagogical movement. Since then, references to the book of Sergei Kurganov have entered the textbooks, the term "educational dialogue" became common, and the pedagogical direction of the "School of Dialogue of Cultures" lived a stormy and fruitful biography. With all the volume, the fundamental significance of the fascinating narrative of this book about the unpredictable experience of class lessons for the teacher only greatly strengthened.
The book describes many years of experience in conducting dialogue lessons with students of the third or seventh grades in natural science, mathematics, history, literature.
