Developed based on the course of the discipline 'Fundamentals of the Combat Use of Missile Forces and Artillery'. The materials presented are based on the provisions of the new Combat Regulations (part 2 and part 3), as well as the new Combat Regulations of the Ground Forces Artillery (part 2). The issues of artillery tactics application in various types of modern combined arms combat are considered. Numerous examples of artillery combat use in Afghanistan, Chechnya, and the Syrian Arab Republic are widely represented. The manual reflects new views on the combat use of artillery in contemporary local conflicts based on the provisions of the new chapter of the Ground Forces Combat Regulations 'Features of the Combat Use of a Battalion (Company) Tactical Group'.
