Articles on Russian stylistics

The collection contains selected articles by the Russian linguist T. V. Matveeva, published in various scientific journals over the years. The structure of the book reflects the spheres of the author's research interests. These include issues of lexical expressiveness, behavioral aspects of speech communication, linguostylistic problems of text and genre. All of them correspond to the definition of stylistics as a science of language functioning.
