Around the world with Krusenstern

The album is a unique edition, which includes both published at the beginning of the XIX century., GAK and never published archival illustrations created by the participants of the first round-world swimming of Russians on the ships" Hope and "Neva" under the command of I. F. Kruzenshtern and Yu. F. Lisyansky. The book contains an illustrated chronicle of an expedition event that the "circle of light" in 1803-1806.
All engravings and drawings are equipped with excerpts from reports and diaries of expedition participants explaining and complementing the embracing series.
