The articles of the collection are devoted to some issues of geology, glaciology and biology of polar regions. The potential oil and gas municipality of sedimentary basins of the East-Arctic district of Russia is evaluated. Monitoring of the accumulation and melting of snow and ice on the Bellingshausen Doll (O-V King-Jorde, Antarctic) allows you to evaluate the current state of the glacier and its reaction to climate change. A review of domestic studies of Antarctic zooplankton from 1955 to the present day has been given. Particular attention is paid to Euphausia Superba. The spatial and temporal variability of phytoplankton in the Drake Strait (South Atlantic) and in the zones of lifting water near Kamchatka and Sakhalin is considered.
