Laboratory work is contained, based on the use of a mathematical model of a normally circular heat source acting on the surface of the flat layer. A number of works are devoted to determining the size and shape of the welding bath, the energy characteristics of the arc welding process with melting. The behavior of important characteristics of the process - the specific energy of welding and the rate of formation of the compound is investigated. Work is given on the size and shape of the welding bath with tandem and simultaneous two -duma double -sided welding, determining the requirements for the accuracy of maintaining welding modes. Processes are modeled when welding at the edge of the plate and with a point arc and contact welding. Work on mathematical modeling of processes in compressed welding arc, calculating welding modes under the flux and melting of covered electrodes.
