The training manual outlines the topics necessary for students to study the material in the discipline "Technology of the construction of buildings". The book contains basic information about the rules and technologies for the construction of low -rise residential buildings with such an important and relevant requirement as energy conservation. Detailed and affordable recommendations on the organization of all stages of construction processes and technologies are given - regulatory and design documentation, installation technologies of building structures, means of mechanization and automation of construction work, techniques for performing installation operations and roofing, the construction of buildings and structures from various materials.

The optimization models developed by the authors in the implementation of research in St. Petersburg at the Department of Technology of Construction Production, RAASN and the Service of State Construction Supervision and Expertise of St. Petersburg were taken into account.
