The book is devoted to the activities of the constant seminar of the central educational and experimental studio of artistic design of the Union of Artists of the USSR and its demonian leader, founder and ideological inspirer, architect and artist Evgeny Rosenblum. Evgenia Rosenblum, projects created at the seminars of the Senezh Studio, memoirs and analytical articles of students and colleagues of the master, chronology and other materials describing a vivid phenomenon in the history of Russian design of the second half of the twentieth century, known under the name “Senezh Studio” are collected here. The published texts reveal the concepts of “artistic design”, “open form” and “urban environment” firmly included in the modern design language
