Process control and diagnostics of resistance welding in mass production conditions

Resentment during contact welding in the automotive industry is described, the influence of these disturbances on the quality of compounds with various control algorithms has been investigated. The analysis of the used equipment and control equipment was performed in terms of compensation for existing disturbances. The results of modeling and field tests on the study of the features of the course of electrical processes during welding in conditions of disturbances are given, and the technique of diagnosing equipment is proposed.
