Information on the physicochemical mechanics of road-building materials is set out. The main ideas about dispersed systems and superficial phenomena in them are given, the rheological and structural-mechanical properties of dispersed systems and compositional building materials are considered. The processes of structural formation in composite materials based on mineral binder and concrete on organic binders are described. Examples of the effective use of the laws of physico-chemical mechanics are presented to obtain modified coal binders and concrete based on them, close in quality to oil road bitumen and asphalt concrete. The foundations of physico-chemical mechanics of organic binding substances, asphalt- and degrees are presented.
