The training manual demonstrates the opportunity to establish the claims of the analyzed values of the transition from a physical experiment (often expensive and extended in time) to a computational experiment. A similar transition is possible when fulfilling two conditions: 1) the presence of a reliable theoretical or experimental dependence, reflecting the mutual influence of the parameters involved in the analysis of 2) the presence of software for the use of modern computing tools for the implementation of the necessary procedures and processing their results. The performance of the method is demonstrated by the example of using a new method for calculating the distribution of the Office velocities in longitudinal-a-time turbulent flows.
