Modification of wood plates. Main directions and principles

The increase in the volume of production of wood plates and the expansion of the areas of their use makes it necessary to give them additional consumer qualities, which is effectively achieved by modification with minimizing changes to the existing technological process and equipment. Three main directions of modification of wooden -blade materials are proposed. The principles of creating new wood plates with targeted properties are formulated, due to the requirements of specific areas of application (fireproof slabs, high -bio resistance slabs, impact -resistant and waterproof plates) The principles of improving the quality of standard plates, as well as the principles of energy and resource conservation using the relevant modifiers are presented. Their relevance is indicated. Examples of the implementation of each principle with confirmation of patents and scientific publications are given. Brief information is given about technical creativity in the field of creating woodenage materials.
