Theoretical and practical issues of the installation and operation of plumbing devices and ventilation are presented, in particular the equipment that is part of the heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems. Modern technologies are considered to create comfortable human life conditions. A description of the equipment necessary for commercial accounting of the resources used is given.
