The manual is intended for independent training of the estimate in construction, taking into account modern requirements for the level of qualification of the estimates, as well as for the training of experts of estimated business and meter engineers. It can be recommended to students of construction specialties and students of advanced training courses.
In the new 5th edition of the book, significant changes are made associated with the modern level of development of estimated business, updating the estimated and nortimatical base of 2001 and the transition to the resource method of compiling estimates.
The manual presents the material from the alphabet of the estimated business to the automation of estimated calculations. The theoretical aspects of pricing and its features in construction are briefly set out. The methodological and regulatory framework for determining the cost of construction products is given. The book gives the composition of the estimated cost of construction and installation works, the basics of reforming pricing in construction, the content of estimated documentation, the rules for calculating and calculating the volume of work, and examples of compilation of estimates are given.
At the end of each chapter, in order to check the reader, practical material (tasks, test and control issues) is given, the recommended literature is given.
