Ways to create effective fine -grained carbonate concrete with increased crack resistance and efficiency based on waste crushing carbonate rocks are described. The mathematical models of dependencies of the coefficient of crack resistance, the compression strength of the compression and instant deformations from the ratio of the filler to the cement, the consumption of the SP-1 superplastifier and the thin filler. The solution to the problem of increased cement consumption is shown by using fractions of limestone crushing with a joint grinding with a superplasticizer.
