The history of the development of dry building mixtures (CSC) is shown. The main terms and definitions are given. The classification of dry mixtures is given according to the conditions of application, the method of application, the type of astringent, the greatest size of the aggregate and functional purpose. Mineral, polymer and mixed astringent materials that can be used in dry building mixtures are considered. Classification and basic properties of aggregates and fillers are given. Functional additives are considered in detail, with which it is possible to predict and regulate the basic properties of dry building mixtures. The designed properties of mortar mixtures and hardened construction solution are evaluated, the sequence of development of the recipes of dry mixtures and the calculation of the estimated composition of the construction solution are considered.
