This manual contains information on the control of the work on the overhaul of apartment buildings. It includes a large number of illustrations of how the results of "qualitatively performed" work on major repairs should look and how "poorly performed" work may look. The manual includes six main types from the minimum overhaul list given in the Housing Code of the Russian Federation. At the beginning of each chapter related to one or another type of work, a list of regulatory documentation is given. Recommendations are written in such a way that they will understand residents of apartment buildings, including those who are not a builder or engineer. The allowance will be especially useful for representatives of the owners of the premises of apartment buildings appointed by the general meeting to monitor the progress of the work on the overhaul of the common property of the apartment building, the chairmen and members of the housing owners, the councils of apartment buildings, and employees of servicing organizations
