The architectural avant -garde of Sverdlovsk is not just an exemplary attempt to form a Soviet person in new social conditions, but also a marker of conflict of an ambitious social project with direct forms of everyday life. Innovation in architecture and in urban planning projects involved a restructuring of life and the person who lives and working in the appropriate buildings, residents, and towns. The authors tried to look at these architectural structures through the prism of everyday practices unfolded in their space
