For the first time in the world literature, the multi -stage and generalized models of flotation, proposed by the author more than thirty years ago, are considered in the proposed attention of readers of the monograph. The possibilities of their use in various directions of flotation water purification, thickening of precipitation and enrichment of minerals are shown. Questions related to new flotation equipment in the form of flotocombines such as KBS and special purposes are widely covered, developed on the basis of multi -stage and generalized models of the flotation process. The prospects and ways of intensifying the flotation processes of water purification are indicated.
