The monographs are given the basics of the technology for the production of public and finishing work performed during the reconstruction of existing industrial and civilian facilities: strengthening and restoration of operated structures, as well as the construction of new buildings and structures designed at the reconstructed facility.
The issues of field surveys of operated buildings and structures are considered in order to prepare the conclusion of the technical condition of load -bearing and enclosing structures.
The basic constructive solutions and the technology of work during the reconstruction (repair, strengthening) of the load -bearing and enclosing structures of operated facilities made of the following materials are given: monolithic and assembly reinforced concrete, metal structures, brickwork, elements of wooden structures.
The technology of rehabilitation (repair) of the finishing coatings is given: monolithic plaster, cladding walls and floor with ceramic tiles and synthetic coatings, as well as the repair of surfaces lined with slabs made of natural materials (granite, marble)
The effective technology for the construction of building structures of finely chained foundations, two-layer insulated brick walls, buildings with a monolithic reinforced concrete supporting frame, the device of a waterproofing carpet from PVC-membranes, etc.
